Merle Hay Mall Gift Cards

Beginning May 2011, Merle Hay Mall switched to Gift Cards*. Merle Hay Mall Gift Cards can be purchased in $5 increments from $5-$500. Merle Hay Mall Gift Cards are valid at most stores, including Applebee's, IHOP & Old Chicago.

At this time, Merle Hay Mall paper Gift Certificates are still accepted at some Merle Hay Mall stores.   However, paper certificates past 1 year from issue date must be exchanged at Customer Service for a MHM Gift Card.  We encourage you to use or exchange your paper certificates as soon as possible.  Merle Hay Mall paper Gift Certificates are no longer valid 365 days after issue date.

 

The Children's Place, Zales & Starbucks in the East parking lot cannot accept the paper gift certificates.  Please bring your paper gift certificate to Customer Service, and we will gladly exchange it for you to a Merle Hay Mall Gift Card.

Merle Hay Mall Gift Cards are not valid at  Merle Hay Cinema, Qwest/Century Link, Gold Buyers and Express Alterations.

 

Select stores require that if you would like to return your purchase that you keep the Gift Card, as it may be needed to put the purchase back onto the card.

 

Cash, debit and major credit cards are accepted. Gift Cards are available at Customer Service located near Shoe Carnival in the Target Wing. 

 

Effective February 1, 2012, Merle Hay Mall will no longer accept personal checks.  Exceptions will be made on a pre-approved basis.  Please call 515-276-8551 for more information.
