How to enter: There are two ways to enter. Beginning January 1, 2007, obtain and complete an Official Registration Form from Merle Hay Mall's Customer Service or register online at www.merlehaymall.com.

Registrations must be received by close of business on last day of the calendar month and mall entries must be submitted by the close of business on the last day of the calendar month to be entered into the following month’s drawing.

Monthly Drawings: One winner will be selected for each month in a random drawing to take place during the first week of each month. Winners will be notified via email (or other preferred method) and have 30 days from date of notification to claim their prize at Merle Hay Mall’s Customer Service. All prizes not picked up within this period will be forfeited. Nonwinner’s names will be included in the next month’s drawing. Once you are notified as a winner, you will not be eligible to win again for a 12-month period following your winning date. Merle Hay Mall is not responsible for any lost, stolen, altered or counterfeit gift certificates. Merle Hay Mall Gift Certificates are good at participating stores in the mall, including outparcels on Merle Hay Mall property.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are age 18 or older at time of entry. Merle Hay Mall and it’s store employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents and the immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

Privacy: Merle Hay Mall will not knowingly release, sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, including Merle Hay Mall stores.

Winners’ List: For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Merle Hay Mall VIP Shoppers Club, 3850 Merle Hay Rd., Ste. 101, Des Moines, IA 50310.
